We especially liked the comfort of the ground floor twin room. The rooms were spacious, very clean and each bed was quite large. The ground floor room provided easy access to the swimming pool which we used regularly. The staff were very friendly and obliging.

I liked it's location and our rooms were spacious and comfortable.
The Manager was rude and threatened to hit me if I didn't pay for my room service as I was leaving to go to the beach (in my bikini and no passport) yet I still had another 2 weeks left on my vacation and was not going to fleed off without paying my account. He ordered me to stop and also raised his hand and threatened to hit me. I was staying with another 5 friends and he would make snarly snide remarks as to what time we arrived back to our hotel...totally inappropriate! Breakfast was below average and when rubbish was left out of our room to be collected it would sit there even for a couple of days unless we specifically asked for it to be removed. My annual trips to bali are an absolute delight where ever I have stayed, this was by far the worst accomodation and experience I have ever encountered!

The location is great, 2 km from parking. The hotel is located off the main road.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

relaxing, relaxing, relaxing
The outdoor swimming pool was beautifully maintained with ample sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the Bali sun. I loved the tranquil garden area that really added to the serene atmosphere around the resort. The spacious room I stayed in had a good pool view.
would recommend 😊❤️

The friendly and very helpful staff were fantastic. The location was superb and central to everything in Seminyak. The gardens were immaculately tended and the rooms, hallways and grounds very, very, clean. Most of all, despite it's central location, it was extremely quiet. You could have believe you were in the country. Very upmarket establishment and great for those looking for a quiet time and central location. Pricing was very good.
Basic reception and meal facilities but then that was part of the charm.

spacious grounds, big swimming pool, quiet location
The bathrooms need a serious update!!! I'd recommend improving the drainage to prevent flooding issues after a bath. Cleanliness is key, so let's keep those signs of age in check as well!!!

The hotel staff were very obliging and assisted us with all we needed
The hotel is only new and still needs a few little things (eg no pool towels, bedside lights, hooks in bathroom), all very minor things but were a little annoying

Rooms were very spacious and quite clean.
I have stayed in many hotels in Bali, and I have never seen such a lack of providing the most basic services as in this hotel. The hotel is off road, and it was raining heavily, and they were insisting that they can't order a taxi for me since the hotel is unaccessable since the road is flooded, so I could go to have a dinner, and the hotel didn't have a restaurant. When I walked to the road under heavy rain, I found out that the road wasn't flooded and unaccessible at all, and I easily found a taxi. They were just lazy to do so. There was no internet in rooms, breakfast was very poor. They were not friendly at all. The hotel did not have any facilities except a swimming pool.

Oh, dining at Kusuma was a delight! The nearby Bali Pearl Restaurant had some great French pastries that were a sweet bite of heaven. Plus, the spacious gardens and massive pool made for a chill day after indulging in the local eats.
We did hit a snag with our initial room. It was tired and had a bit of a smell. Could've lived without microwaved pancakes at breakfast, though!
